The ironic twist coming is that because of advances in technology, AI, etc. more and more “A Team” members are being rapidly replaced by hardware and software that performs more competently than any human counterpart, doesn’t unionize, demand healthcare coverage, works 24 hrs a day, etc.

Society needs to rethink how it measures the value of its members. Doing so by comparing job titles, income, the kind of house or car you own or other elite signalling isn’t going to work much longer.
