Having followed Andrew for some time, and meeting him, I believe he is exactly the kind of leader we need in the 21st Century.

No small factor is the way he speaks about his wife and children and the challenges of parenting in, or out, of a pandemic.

I have never heard him "whine" about anything. I don't think he knows how.
